Run a report only on Active Users - how to filter out the deactivated users?

Is it possible to run a report for only Active Users? I can't figure out which filter to use for this. We are running an hours report for teams, but are seeing the deactivated users in the report as well with 0 hours. Can we just run reports for active users? Thanks for your help!
