Hi Melt1, I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly but I think you meant what is difference between the Primary Contact and Owner fields in Workfront? When inputting a request you can have the Primary Contact field be visible which the system automatically defaults to the user filling out the request. The Owner is typically seen with Projects and represents the person that is typically managing the project (the project manager). Hope this helped explain.
