Just crowdsourcing ideas on this. We have a Team that works closely with outside parties. These outside users mainly just need "reviewer" level permissions but often they need to contribute information to a Project that develops as the Project moves forward- after the request has been converted to a Project. To add this information to the custom form on the Project details would require a Work license. Trying to brainstorm ideas on how to get that information from them into the Project without incurring the paid license cost. The team director is also trying to avoid having a person on his team manually transcribe the information from an email or update into the custom form. Any thoughts?

If you have Fusion, you could have a field on the request where they enter the information and then create a scenario where Fusion transfers that information to the project fields.

Thanks Stacey!
I was wondering about Fusion's potential for this. We currently do not have Fusion but are meeting with the Fusion team today.

Would love to have a work around for this without using a scenario in Fusion or using up a license.
