Requester-focused Report by Home Team/Group

Is there a way to run a report that pulls all requests in the system and groups them by the home team or group of the requester? Looking to have an overview of how many requests are being worked on for Group A, Group B, Group C, etc. Morgan R

Hey Morgan, You can group by Entered By > Home Group ID or Entered By > Home Team ID. If you'd rather see the group/team name rather than ID, you can switch to text mode and switch out "ID" with ":name" textmode=false group.0.linkedname=enteredBy group.0.namekey=view.relatedcolumn group.0.valuefield=enteredBy:homeGroup :name group.0.namekeyargkey.0=enteredBy group.0.namekeyargkey.1=homeGroup :name group.0.valueformat=string Does this help? Yes this helps! Is this best used within an Issue Report as this is how the requests are categorized when they are submitted? If not, do you know what the best approach would be? I've been trying to add this to an Assignment report.. Thank you! Morgan Ridlehuber Spurs Sports & Entertainment
