Request queue: custom subject field

Has anyone experience with shaping a request form? I am looking for options to

a) make the subject field a custom one to only add project names here

or

b) prefill the subject field with some dummy text ("new intern staffing request")

or

c) completely remove the subject field from the request form and only use custom ones?

Thanks for looping me in @Sarah Nau‚ and thanks for bringing this up @Manuel Bause‚. I wish I had better news to report, but unfortunately, this idea is still "not planned." The team that had done work on this previously has been pulled in a different direction (due to other priorities). However, as a "social listener" within the Workfront product team, I will certainly take note that this is still important.

This has been a customer request for a long time - but unfortunately, there is no way to do any of the options you are looking for.
