Report Help - How To Add Percentage Tiles To Project Milestones Via Text Mode

I am working on a Project Report with the intention of showing milestone information for all projects within my agency. This report contains a column for each milestone in the milestone path, but currently only displays each milestone completion as a percentage (i.e. 35%.) Ideally, I would like to see the percentage tile/graphic like you can see for the overall project percent completion for each milestone. Is there anyway that this can be done via text mode? Thank you!
