One of our users was accessing a report this morning, but now hangs until it returns a "SQL Database". error. It's only the details tab that it giving her the problem. The matrix and chart show correctly. She's the owner of the report.
I can open the details page instantly, but when I log on as her, I get the same problem. She's now cleared her cache, cookies and restarted her laptop. Any ideas please and thanks?

Thanks for replying. What's the impact of this? I can find a page detailing what's affected when I reset a user s preferences, but not just for Reset User.
