Report for Reports shared system wide

I saw a post about this before but the result didn't see all that great. 

 

Is there a way to pull a report on all reports that are shared system wide? I need to clean these up as we onboard more stakeholders.

When I've wanted to know this before, I actually just go to the Reports page and add a view (or modify an existing one) to have a column for Shared With, then sort by that column. Would that work for you?
