Report for count of projects with at least one task owned by specific users

Question

We've got copywriters spread across several teams and are trying to get a feel for the workload distribution.  For some, each copywriting request is contained in its own project that is owned by the copywriter.  In others there are copywriting tasks included as part of other projects.  So the report we need is a count of all projects that have at least one task owned by a copywriter, grouped by copywriter.  I'm just diving in to Workfront reporting and am have a lot to learn!  Any help the community can provide will be most appreciated.

I got to a solution but it involves some manual work so this is not ideal.  I've started with a Task report filtered on Assigned To (my copywriters) and grouped by Copywriter then Project.  This got me to a count of tasks in each project, not the count of projects.  SO CLOSE!  The last step was exporting to Excel and creating a pivot table.  Would love to not take that last step so they can access this on demand.  Any ideas?
