Removing team from Issue or Task when clicking "Work on it" button

Wondering if anyone knows if this is possible.

We use team assignments for Request queues and triaging. 

I'm wondering if there's a way to auto remove the team from the issue or task once a user has chosen to "work on it". 
Having to go back and remove the team feels a bit redundant. 

Does anyone know if this is possible natively within Workfront?

The best practice here is when the user that takes the requst/issue/task 'takes it,' they assign it to themselves and unassign the team at the same time.
