When adding a variable to your Workfront Fusion Scenario that you'll only use once (as in the results of the variable are only needed on one module), add it to the results module directly in the field using field mapping and delete the set variable module, this will reduce the total number of modules needed and keep your scenario running efficiently. When you are building the scenario it sometimes make sense to start with the variable in a separate module but consider consolidation when fine tuning before going live.
