Quick Tip: Generalize your team and individual reports with wildcards, layout templates, Workfront's sharing capabilities

Create a Team Dashboard for your team and create My Dashboard for the individuals.

For all of the Team Reports filter by either $$USER.homeTeam or your team's ID.

For all of the reports in the My Dashboard use the wildcard $$USER.ID so both dashboards can be shared with your teammates.

Bonus Tips

• Consider adding to your team's layout template.
• Don't worry about sharing the individual reports! Just share the Dashboard and all the reports will be shared with it.
