Queue Details not showing

We have a Project Manager who does not see the "Queue Details" and similar functions in their Project's navigation pane. They are setup as a System Administrator, similar to another PM who can see the "Queue Details". Any ideas of how to troubleshoot?  I've looked at permissions and layout, and they look ok. I've attached a photo of the PM who's working which is what the other PM is missing. 

 

Ideas?

We did figure this out. I didn't realize that the Layout template had show/hide options. So, although both project managers use the same template, one had somehow accidentally hidden the Queue Details.

The only way to hide this would be through a layout template on the project. Do both system admins have the same layout template applied?

    The only other obscure option could be if the admin has dragged those options way down in their navigation menu so they're below everything else, and for some reason their browser isn't showing them the scroll down menu. But otherwise once you're a Sys Admin, the only way I know of to hide anything is a Layout Template.
