We have several large request queues that are not published. We realized that the permissions functionality* varies slightly for the entered by user between non-published and published request queues, and we prefer the way it works on published queues. Is there anything I need to watch out for if I switch our queues to "Publish as Help Request Queue"? Nothing else in the queue needs to change. Thanks for any advice!
* detail --
For published queues - the entered by user gets specified permissions based on project settings
For non-published queues - the entered by user gets Manage permissions

Thank you! One other thing I found when testing today -- We had originally set our default duration to blank. Now, when you go into the Queue Details to change anything (including publishing), the default goes to 1 day and you can't go back to blank.
