Proofs are not opening from email notification or within Workfront

Several users at my company are having an issue where, when clicking on the proof email notification link, it goes to the Documents page where the proof is located, but won't open, even if you click Open Proof. This is happening now on proofs that were previously able to be opened.

Sounds like there is an issue with the link you're being sent in the email? Are you able to hover over and see what the link they are sending you, is? Is it in the format of https://yourdomain.my.workfront.com/document/67384673824382/proof/367826482 or something else? If you're an authorized service contact, I would suggest you open a case with Workfront's Support team to look into it further -- especially if everyone cannot open the email link
