My team occasionally sees their Proof Role and Email alerts getting changed throughout the proof cycle, regardless of what was set when sharing the initial proof. We can’t seem to pinpoint any consistencies for when this happens. Has anyone else reported seeing this or have any ideas why this could be happening? Could it simply be user error, perhaps another team member changing something by accident? Is there any way to allow a user to access proofs, but not be able to update their Proof role or email alerts?
