Greetings All! Happy New Year!
Recently, I've inherited a system where the following is present:
1. Users were not properly trained on how to manage proofs.
2. Users were also not trained on how to manage approvals, either.
3. Therefore, we have Pending Proof Approvals that are way past due, and exist in Requests and Projects where they are Closed.
4. I'm trying to figure out the Filter necessary to suppress all Requests and Projects that are already closed.
5. I thought about doing it by date...but that's not an accurate view. I need to suppress closed objects, but I'm not finding the right option.
Any suggestions? Thank You! Deborah

Hi there!
I'd actually start out with a Document Report instead of a Proof Approval report. You can still hone in on just proofs by some filters. So for example, see if this gets you started - the 2nd filter as blank would include only proofs without a decision (i.e. pending) in projects that are not in complete/canceled/etc. (1st filter). Thoughts?
