Proof Access

Hi We seem to have an issue where external reviewers are locked out of newer versions of a proof unless they are specifically shared. We would like for a reviewer to go to the newest version, even if an older one was shared. I can't find the setting to change that, as it doesn't act that way for Internal to our company users.
