If dates shift forward or back, how can we tell the difference in Workfront? Currently we are changing the date and adding a note in the description section but there has to be a better way to show change in the project once complete.

Hi, have you considered project baselines?

Basically allows you to compare what the project initially was versus what it ended up as. More info here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/manage-work/projects/create-projects/create-baselines.html?lang=en
