Project Level Report with only not rejected hours total

Hi, I need to build a project report that shows a total of the hours long on a project that have NOT been rejected on their timesheet. I'm thinking some sort of IF statement with timesheet status not equal to rejected, then SUM of Hours??? I'm just not sure how to get there from a project report. The field Actual Hours on the project level doesn't take into consideration if there are rejected hours. I have built this on a hours report, I just want the total on a project report. Thoughts?
