Project At Risk

Avatar

Level 3

Hi Community,

Any idea why WF saying this project is at risk (please see attached screenshot). Is it because the project is close to planned completion date and nothing has started on transition and close?

I know this condition is automatically determine by Workfront based on the overall condition of the project, but this project seems to be in a good condition.

Any explanation would be super appreciated.

Hi Mesh,

Yes, you are spot on. Workfront is basically telling you that the project is "at risk" of being late, because there are tasks that should have started but have not. Because these tasks haven't started, Workfront is estimating/projecting that the project is going to complete later than that planned completion date.

You can read more on this here.

Best Regards,

Rich.
