Possible to pull a custom form field into a column on a task level report?

We have a text field that is on a custom form on one of our tasks (Tactic Delivery Date). I want to pull that text field info into a task level report for other tasks. So if the report is looking at the Copywriting task, I want to pull in what has been entered in the custom field on the Tactic Delivery Date task into a column on the report. Is this possible?

@skyehansen and @doug_den_hoed__atappstore explained:

You cannot have the same field show up on 2 different tasks AND have it writable on both tasks.

You can use the same field on both tasks and syncronize them using Fusion.

I don't need it to be writeable/ editable in both places. I need it to be writeable on one task and viewable on another.
