One of my users is just reciving overdue notifications emails

Hi! I hope someone can help me.

I'm a sys admin in our Workfront eviroment and one of my users is not reciving any emails from notifications@my.workfront.com, only overdue notifications.

No reports, approvals, or any other kind.

Also, this user can't click on the "send now" button of reports, and if the user is in a repited delivery for reports with other users, only this specific user is not receiving it.

Possible reasons that I can think of:

1. The report should be shared with either that user individually/User's team/User's group

2. User Notifications are turned off for.

3. If he is from a different group than others, event notifications for his group is inactive.

4. His access level might also be restricting him to see 'Send Report' button on the reports page as well.
