One of my planners can create projects but she cannot add tasks, see ones I created, or add new ones. I have verified she has manage rights on the portfolio and the project. What am I missing? | Community

One of my planners can create projects but she cannot add tasks, see ones I created, or add new ones. I have verified she has manage rights on the portfolio and the project. What am I missing?

is it possible she's on a weird filter?

Good suggestions. I did check and it is set to all. She could not even see the filters. When I logged in as her I could though.

We think we got it, she cleared her cache and it seems to be working now.
