    Hi Victoria,

    The ability to drag and drop projects/tasks while viewing the Team Scheduling area still exists. If you (or one of your users) is unable to drag and drop tasks in order to assign the tasks to other users, there is likely an issue with the user's access/permissions to the object in question. I have opened a Support case for you so that we can investigate this behavior and determine the underlying cause.
