I’d like to get your thoughts on this scenario: how would you handle notifying one team when another team misses their task deadline?
Here’s a bit more context:
Let’s say Team A is responsible for uploading a file by this Friday. If they don’t complete the task by then, I’d like a completely separate team, say Team B, to receive a notification, either via in-app alert or email on Friday (the due date).
I’m aware that Workfront allows setting up reminders like a 1 day before due date alert, but in this case, I specifically need a notification sent to a different team on the actual due date if the task remains incomplete.
Has anyone tackled something similar, or is there a simple solution in Workfront I might be missing?

This could be done if you have the Fusion component but not natively within Workfront, other than the reminder emails you've already noted.
