Hello! As the 3rd party gas CTA Account Manager, I had a CTA reach out on behalf of our mutual clients. The question they posed is:
One of our customers has informed us that PG&E communicated upcoming changes that may affect prior access, mentioning that the access would need to be reauthorized.
Could you please clarify if all customers would need to create a new MyEnergy login, and if previous usernames and passwords will no longer be valid? Additionally, any insight into these changes and how they will impact user experience would be greatly appreciated.

You're responding on a public community site, this is a question you would want to ask people specific to your implementation like your system admin.

Very interesting. I am a PG&E customer whose tracking countermeasures block Adobe tracking cookies from omtrdc.net since PG&E activated its new website.
Which third-party gas vendor are you? Are you disappointed that Adobe Target cannot be relied upon to track energy usage? Did PG&E give you the keys to my data with an automatic reauthorization? Do you find being a scraper of users’ personal data to be a fulfilling occupation? Would you testify to a California Energy Commission committee?

I think you might be confusing this website with something more specific to your company. This is the community for the Adobe Workfront system. On this experienceexchange.adobe.com site there are other Adobe communities where people come together to discuss and learn about Adobe products.
Personally I do not work for a gas vendor - I am not in the gas industry. I come here to learn and discuss Workfront.
