New Home experience - help?

Hi.  

Can someone point me in the direction of some sort of training or introduction to the new Workfront home?  I have it turned off for my team because, while I see the call out for the number of tasks due/complete, I don't see where it tells me what my tasks are or provides me with any way to check them off as complete the way that the former home page did.  I'm also wondering if some of the widgets, such as "Mentions" and "Awaiting my approval" are not populating because they are in the sandbox environment. I feel very unprepared to roll something this big out to my team, so I must be missing the documentation, but nothing is coming up when I search... help?
