I need to enter a new request and was sent instruction but when I launch the Workfront tool it says I am not a member and need to get with the sys admin. Can anyone help me?
Do you have a parent company? is the name of your company shown on the upper left?
When we first went to AEL from Workfront One, several folks had that problem.
@Rtomlin - are you trying to log into your instance of Workfront or are you trying to submit a support ticket with Workfront Support?
If you are trying to log into your instance of Workfront, you'll need to check with your admin at your company on how to gain access to your tool.
