Multiple Layout Templates for 1 User

Is there a way for users to easily toggle between layout templates if they are part of more than one group and those groups have different layout templates?

Short answer is no. But if the user has access to edit their own profile:

they can change it themselves.

You could probably create a report that has the option on it and maybe they could inline edit and change it right there. Not sure if that is possible but worth a try.
