Merging User Accounts

Does anyone know of a good way to merge user accounts in Workfront? I have a couple users that have multiple accounts in our system and I want to retain their past information by merging it all into one account. I created an Idea in the idea exchange because I couldn't find anything, but let me know if I missed something.     This is what I got:
    "If you are looking to merge accounts, please fill out the Account Merge Request Form. Please note that all account merges are processed in 1-3 business days."

     

    I can't find this form anywhere. I saw on another thread to email ccaremarketo@marketo.com to overwrite your new profile with your old login,
