I have a user that doesn't have Manager Hierarchy populated. I tried to update her account with different Managers, but it stays blank. Is there anything else I'm missing here?
I know sometimes when I update a users icon i need to clear my cache in Chrome for the change to appear. My assumption is that the same thing is happening here. So I'd recommend clearing the cache for the images/files and cookies.
