Hi Matt,

The proofing account (which drives the emails available in that drop down box) is independent from the Workfront user account. Therefore you will need to remove the incorrect user from the proof admin console.

If you have admin rights to proof, you can do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to the main menu in Workfront and select "Proofing"
  2. Click on "Account Settings" in the top right hand corner
  3. Click on "Users" and find to the user you want to remove
  4. Select the user you want to change and then click either "Deactivate" (recommended if you want to retain all hitoric activities that user has completed in the system) or "Delete" if you want to remove the user completely.

Rich.
