Making a Report for specific task and people ?

I need help making a report with a chart. I am trying to make a report on a specific person and if their task is completed on time and if it's not complete show up as not done and late. There are two people assigned to this one task. What I want is to only make the report on one of those people and see if just that one person's part of the task is complete. In the chart I need to see if the task for that one person is completed on time or not completed and late.
