I need some help understanding the relationship between templates when more than one is attached to a project - asking the questions can sometimes be as difficult as obtaining the answers. We have come up with our own agile/scrum way of working and are rolling out but having some challenges with parent tasks/durations and what happens when you involve an iteration - assignments (job role vs agile team). It's so much easier to discuss but it's not subject that I've found anyone to be a SME on so I'm putting it out to community. I attended LEAP where this was a subject but it was still very different from what I recall. Any takers??
