Logging Time at the task using Filtered Hours

This gif is not the clearest. But here are the results 1. I went into a task on the Update tab. 2. Clicked on Log Time 3. Entered my hour 4. Clicked on Log Time 5. Page showed 1 hr logged. 6. Refreshed the page, 7. The logged hour was removed. Anyone else having this issue? The task is set up to use Filtered Hour Types. However, if I go to the Timesheet and enter the hour, it is kept.
