Linking two related issues

Has anyone found a way to link to related issues (similar to creating a predecessor on tasks between two projects)?

Doing this in the first issue details(Overview) can make two issues related.

When close the second issue that you mentioned under the 'Resolving Issue' field, the First issue will also be automatically closed.
