Kickstart - ability to add comment and tag?

Hi All,

I have created a kickstart that creates projects and tasks. There are ten tasks in the project that are all assigned to the same end user. I would love to be able to comment to the user on the project letting them know it was created but through a kickstart. I know that there might be notification settings that I can use, but:

1. I kickstart the project in planning so they don't get 10 notifications
2. We have the setting for project status change to project owner turned off (this was a company wide decision)

I tried doing a note kickstart on the same spreadsheet as my project/task kickstart, but kept getting an error that I don't have permission to do it (I am our system admin so not sure why that would be the case).

Any ideas would be appreciated!!
