Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, evaluation and ongoing enhancements to Marketing Workflow and Digital Asset Management platform. Works on projects with significant financial, retention, and compliance impact.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
¬∑ Participates in and manages validation and accomplishment of marketing systems requirements. Identifies short and long-range strategies to ensure maximum system performance and prompt delivery of services.
¬∑ Manages the testing process for all systems enhancements.
¬∑ Ensures issues with implementation of system enhancements are effectively communicated and resolved.
¬∑ Develops and manages a budget for staffing, consulting and business system costs.
¬∑ Hires, trains, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.
¬∑ Fortune 100 experience preferred
¬∑ Health insurance experience preferred
¬∑ Experience implementing or managing a Marketing Resource Management platform (Aprimo, Workfront, etc) preferred
¬∑ Experience managing a platform road map including enhancement documentation, release planning & execution, warranty period support
¬∑ Experience working across business units/ departments including communications, negotiations, prioritization preferred
¬∑ Vendor and budget management responsibility preferred
¬∑ Leadership/ people manager experience preferred (3-5 years)
¬∑ Base Microsoft knowledge required
Requires BA/BS in business or systems related; 5-7 years professional and leadership experience with systems related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
