Issues with Viewing WorkFront

Hello, One of our staff members has been having trouble yesterday and today with viewing his work on WF. He just gets a blank white screen, every time. He's tried restarting, he's tried refreshing, nothing happens. Is anyone else having this issue? Please view screen-shot below. MarisolCamposCreative

I have had this issue before, have them switch browsers. That's what fixed it for us. Tammy Hall-Johnson Munchkin
