Issue with Bold, Italics, and Underline Features in Adobe Workfront

Hi Team,

I’m encountering an issue with the formatting features (bold, italics, and underline) not functioning correctly in Adobe Workfront.

We tried several approaches:

Used <b> and <strong> tags, but they aren't rendering as bold.

Used the "Text with formatting" field, selected the desired line, and clicked the Bold icon — but that also didn't work.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is this a known issue that has already been reported?

Could someone please clarify if there’s an expected timeline for when a fix or update will be released?
