Issue Status Change: In-App Notifications

Hi,

 

I can't see a way to get a user notified of a status change on their request via the In-app route. Just by emails. e.g. A user sends a request which is either approved or rejected. They'll receive an email (if they have those turned on) or they can view this via the home screen or their request queue.

 

Is this as expected?

I think that's normal (from memory). In-app notifications do not mirror email notifications exactly, and I think in the past I haven't seen a lot of status change notifications in the in-app space.
