Hello and Happy New Year! We are looking for a way to pull an issue's parent topic group (and ideally parent parent topic group) in Fusion so the name output can ultimately be included in an email to the user who submitted the issue to the queue. (I also realize that getting the name is probably an entirely different battle, we would settle for ID.) The only way I can figure out how to do this is a Read Record card that reads the issue ID and outputs the queueTopicID and then we would create a Fusion table with the corresponding parent topic groups.
