Here's an example of filters, if you wanted to pull projects on in a certain status, from a certain date, etc. You'd want to specify the journal entry type is 'edit' to capture status changes.

In your report columns, you can pull the date the entry/change was made.

Hi there! You can use a journal entry report for this, a journal entry report can track changes in field values, statuses, etc. You can filter to only track whatever you need in certain projects if you want, too.
