Is there anyway in Workfront to override the global Late Task Notification settings on a per-user basis?

The global settings seem sufficient for most supervisors and managers, but when we get to the "really higher ups", (Director, Executive Director, etc), it seems there should be a way to create and apply exception rules without having to configure individual email accounts or mail server rules.
