Is there any way to pull fields from a custom document form on a project into the Proof Dashboard?

We have created custom views in the Proof Dashboard that gets us about 60% of the information we need. The other 40% lies on custom document forms within our projects. Is there a way to pull custom fields into the Proof Dashboard from custom forms?
