Is there a way to bulk check-in documents?

I am trying to delete projects but cannot because documents are checked out. I built a report to show the documents that are checked out ( byID Is Not Blank) but cannot bulk check them in. Most if not all of the checked-out documents are from deactivated users. I don't want to go into each document to check them in just so I can delete the project. Is there an easier way?
