I am creating a custom form and wanted to give my users the ability to upload a video at the end of the form. Is there a file upload field within Custom Forms? Thanks so much!

Am I understanding this completely wrong?
Depending on where you want your users to fill out the form, a document upload field is possible.
If you create a request queue, you can define an upload field at the end or at the beginning.
I know, that this is not an upload field directly in a custom form, but perhaps it fulfills your needs.
I would love to have an upload field as a field type in the custom form builder to be able to add upload fields in any form section.
