Is it possible to write a Calculated field to populate users home group, home team, role and license names using the user name from type head in the same custom form

Hi there, 

Im trying to build a custom form that auto populate exiting users home group, home team, role and license name using user name from type head while filling the custom form to submit a request in Workfront.
