Is it possible to share Unassigned Roles from Workload Balancer?

Hi All,

Question about the Workload Balancer. Is it possible to share the Unassigned Roles to others without the Plan license? You can create a view and share a link to anyone, but when I do that the unassigned roles are not shared, only the roles that are assigned are visibile.

This would be a really helpful think to be able to share. Even the ability to download would be helpful.
